J. Lo and Casper Smart Not Calling it Quits, Yet

Even after the gossip magazines Star and In Touch Weekly first reported sightings of dancer Casper Smart wandering around an adult sex shop and a "gay hangout" spot in New York City earlier this month, him and current beau Jennifer Lopez deny any rumors of the couple calling it splits.

Recent photos of the singer/dancer duo show the "Love Don't Cost a Thing" superstar smiling hand-in-hand with Smart on Sunday while taking a relaxing walk at a park in Calabasas, CA with Lopez's twins Emme and Max.

J. Lo even tweeted:

@JLo: "Enjoying the beautiful day with my coconuts at the park!! #dayoff #familia #LOVE."

According to Fox News Latino, Lopez fully denies rumors of a breakup and insists that the couple is as strong as ever, although the shady pictures of Smart in New York did rattle the "On the Floor" singer a bit.

"They have not split yet, but it's fair to say they are cooling off a bit," a source later told E! News. "The pictures have created a distance between them. Even if Casper is telling the truth, and he didn't mean to walk into the doorway, it just proves how young and immature he is."

However, the source also claims that Lopez is waiting to see if Smart is "worth the trouble," considering "this feels all too familiar" to the pop star since she "has never been great at picking men."

The source goes on to say that "Jennifer cares about Casper, they are certainly very close, but he is not the love of her life. She can live without him. If she does decide to split from him she'll be ok."

Photos of Smart hanging outside an xxx peep show have indeed surfaced, but the backup dancer claims that he was lost and entered the naughty establishment on accident. Check it out here.

Even so, it is reported that J. Lo seeks to take legal action against the two tabloids that first made the allegations. In a statement released by the couple's attorneys Howard Weitzman and Shawn Holley, "These statements are false, malicious and defamatory. Ms. Lopez and Mr. Smart will pursue all remedies available to them under the law."
