Michelle Williams Selling The New York Home She Purchased With Heath Ledger

My Week with Marilyn actress Michelle Williams is finally letting go of her New York townhouse that she shared with her ex Heath Ledger in 2007, before he passed away in 2008. The 34-year-old and her daughter Matilda (from her relationship with Ledger) are leaving behind their Brooklyn home and after almost 10 years of owning it.

6sqft first reported the Boerum Hill townhouse hitting the market on Friday afternoon. Williams and Ledger first bought the house back in 2005 for $3.6 million and she continued to live there after their split and his passing. The Blue Valentine star reportedly moved out at one point to live with boyfriend Jason Segal in Red Hook, according to New York Daily News, but the couple split in 2013 and she retuned back to Boreum Hill. The place is currently being listed at $7.5 million.

"The listing calls it 'the one and only,' and for someone looking for a huge single-family home in this coveted South Brooklyn neighborhood, it just might be-assuming they can cover the steep asking price," 6sqft reported.

The home comes with a three-car garage, four and a half baths and at least six bedrooms according to the publication. The townhouse is on the corner of the Brooklyn street with four stories and spanning 22 feet wide.

Actresses Keri Russell and Emily Mortimer both live in the New York City neighborhood, which is close to Barclay's Stadium and Atlantic Avenue.

Williams, on the other hand, currently resides in Los Angeles.
