"Love and Hip Hop: New York" reality star, Tahiry Jose was spotted rocking a neck brace from her violent attack stemming from New York Fashion week.

On her flight to Jamaica the model posed for her Instagram fans sporting glasses and a plain white neck brace offering any fans to help her design it as a joke.

September 25, Tahiry posted, "I'm pushing myself #TeamTahiry ... I HAVE 2!!! Who can bedazzle this Joint!!! #newKingston #Jamaica #theshowmustgoOn #braceAndall #imdetermindtogetbetter #letsseeificanhandlethisflight."

Immediately after, the reality star slammed rumors that she was faking the injuries September 27 tweeting, "I'm actually in very uncomfortable pain you fuckers. But I can't stop laughing at your funny asses. That flyer was EVERYTHING." She added, "Please don't believe everything you read!!! It's so sad what some of these bloggers do. It's so crazy!!! It really makes me sad."

Tahiry addressed her beating incident on Instagram and thanked her fans for their support before explaining that her attacker couldn't handle her "voice."

"Thank you ALL for your well wishes. I am both appreciative and grateful to have you on my team and call you #teamtahiry! I am sincerely touched by your outpouring of love. As you may or may not know, on Monday, Sept. 8, I was attacked, assaulted and violated, while in the workplace, by a man. I was beaten because I am woman with a voice and refuse to be disrespected. It is more proof that the violence against women is real and needs to be addressed publicly. The shaming and disrespecting of women/victims of violent abuses must stop. Violence against women must stop; a women's voice and refusal to be disrespected is not grounds for physical abuse. #iamwoman #myvoicematters More to the point, I am home, healing and surrounded by love. Rest assured, I will continue all my efforts and endeavors with the same faith, determination, passion and spirit I have always possessed. Again, thank you! You are ALL heroes of mine!"

According to Bossip.com, the PR firm's rep gave exclusive details regarding the fight explaining that the production manager, Carlos Gonzales was attacked with profanity and was patronized before the fight escaladed.

"Tahiry arrived to the Helen Mills venue around 4pm, as she was going to model for Toure's show, requesting not to enter where "the normal people" go. Her assistant was instructed that the normal people entrance is the only one available." The rep stated, " Once Tahiry arrived, she requested for all the models to be removed from the hair and makeup area so that her personal team could begin makeup for the show. The show manager's assistant obliged her request and cleared out a few rows where the models where sitting to allow her private time. Tahiry continued to patronize the assistant using profanity. Her assistant and glam squad joined in on the berating."
