Amanda Bynes DUI Update: Actress On Drugs During Arrest- Police Reports Reveals Adderall In Stars System

Amanda Bynes case is getting even more interesting as it was just revealed today that the star was actually on drugs when she was stopped by the police on Sunday morning. It is now being reported that the star, who was arrested for a DUI, was actually under the influence of Adderall when she failed a series of sobriety tests.

According to new reports from TMZ the star was actually prescribed the medication by a doctor. However, according to the law it doesn't matter whether or not the medication in question was prescribed or not, the star was still operating a motor vehicle while her abilities were impaired.

There might be a silver lining though for the star as she might not be in violation of her probation since the medicine was prescribed to her, however she will probably still faces charges because of it.

According to E! News, a spokesperson for the California Highway Patrol explained that, "Amanda was displaying symptoms that led us to believe she may have been under the influence of a stimulant. It possibly could be a combination of a stimulant and other drugs."

The star who had a rough go of it in 2012 and 2013 seemed to be getting her life back on track. After completing a stint in rehab in 2013, she then moving back in with her parents, and gave up on acting to pursue a career in fashion.

However, it appears that Amanda has moved out of her parent's house a few months ago and is living on her own in California. Also her parent's conservatorship over the star expired on September 10.
