The Premier League clubs spent a lot of money in the summer transfer window, but it seems they're already preparing to do the same in 2015. Manchester United set the tone with many big-money deals, and they're likely to continue their spending spree. They have launched a triple bid to bring in Ross Barkley, Seamus Coleman and Cristiano Ronaldo, while Everton could in turn sign Marouane Fellaini and Manolo Gabbiadini. Chelsea could compete with United, however, they're interested in signing Anderson Talisca. Will United complete their triple transfer swoop?
United are desperate to sign Everton duo Fellaini and Coleman, and they're willing to give them Fellaini back. If Everton get a fee of near $90 million and Fellaini, they are willing to do business. However, they will look to bring in forward Manolo to add a new spark to their team. United aren't done there, and they still want to bring in Ronaldo, making it over $200 million they're willing to spend on this trio.
Chelsea could compete with United for this trio, but they're focusing on lesser name players like Talisca, who they believe could be the missing piece to their squad. Chelsea can compete with United, but they're being careful because of the Financial Fair Play rules, however, do not be surprised to see them pull off one huge transfer deal in 2015.
Will these deals get the go ahead, and are United spending too much too quickly? Whatever happens, it seems 2015 is going to be record-breaking when it comes to the transfer market.
