Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Teresa and Joe Giudice are one day away from learning their fate in their fraud case, but it seems like the stars are preparing for the worst. New reports are claiming that Joe, who is facing 47 months in jail, may also be facing deportation after completing his sentence. The star who never became a US citizen is being told by his lawyers that he should be prepared for the worst.
According to RadarOnline, the star's lawyer has told him that deportation is a very possible reality.
"He has been told by his lawyers that he should be prepared to be deported back to Italy after serving his prison sentence," a source for Radar revealed. "There was hope he could avoid being deported on a technicality, but immigration officials are ready to being the proceedings."
The RHONJ star is expected to complete 47 month in jail, after pleading guilty in a bankruptcy and fraud case. Teresa, on the other hand, will most likely be completely her 27-month sentence under house arrest rather than in jail, but what will the reality star do should her husband be deported back to his homeland of Italy.
"Teresa absolutely won't be moving to Italy with Joe if he does get deported," a source for Radar explains. "Her life is with her girls in the United States. The kids don't speak Italian. How will the marriage survive is anyone's guess at this point?"
However, until the sentencing tomorrow it looks like Teresa and Joe are trying to spend as much time together as possible, as we previously reported that they even threw themselves a "Stay Strong" party last weekend at Pure Nightclub in New Jersey.
