The battle for primary custody of Ali and Aleeah is getting pretty heated on Teen Mom 2. Stars Leah Messer and ex-Corey Simms are at war with each other over who will get the primary custody of their 4-year-old twins Ali and Aleeah. It looks like Corey is playing dirty in the battle, as he is reportedly going to be using Leah's pill addiction as the main reason for why he should be granted custody.

According to In Touch, the magazine is reporting that a source explained that Corey will do everything in his power to be the primary caregiver to his twin daughters.

"Corey has made it clear that [he] will stop at nothing to win this case," the source explained.

The magazine is also claiming that Simms has been perplexed, and at times outraged over the fact that Leah has neglected her children, especially daughter Ali who suffers from muscular dystrophy and requires extra attention.

"Corey believes he's in a position to provide more stability and consistency than the children are receiving now," Rusty Webb, Corey's attorney told the magazine.

Corey is using this neglect along with the fact that Leah has admitted to using prescription pills, for his primary reasons for seeking custody.

Messer has admitted during Teen Mom 2 that she has used pills to deal with the stress and anxiety that is caused by raising her two daughters with Simms, and now her baby Adalynn who is her child with current husband Jeremy Calvert.

The story is currently on going, but RadarOnline reports that the couple will be headed back to court on December 8 to further discuss the primary custody issue.
