Paula Patton Threatens To Go For Full Custody Of Son If Robin Thicke Doesn't Stop Abusing Drugs And Alcohol

Paula Patton is playing no games with her estranged husband when it comes to their son's future. MStars News has learned that the mother, and actress is planning to go after full-custody of her son with Robin Thicke if the singer doesn’t straighten up fast.

According to RadarOnline.com, Thicke has been ranting about his recent drug and alcohol struggles, and now his estranged wife is contemplating to seek out a judge to restrict Thicke from seeing his son, Julian, 3.

“Paula will not allow Robin to be present in Julian’s life if he is still drinking and using drugs,” a source close to Patton claims. “He needs to stop altogether.”

The Blurred Lines singer has been on a drinking and drug spree since Patton decided to call it quits. In a recent deposition in Los Angeles Federal Court, Thicke revealed that he started taking Norco and claims that the “drug and alcohol problem” has been happening for at least a year.

Thicke claims to be off of drugs, but says he is still drinking alcohol.

“The only way that Paula would go after full custody is if Robin does not get his s*** together,” the source reveals.

Patton, 38, has not filed for divorce just yet, and Thicke has been seen without his wedding ring, as the couple have made other major changes including buying separate homes, and splitting up their assets.

According to a close source, a filing for divorce will more than likely be sooner than later.

“She said she is over it and has moved on,” the insider says.

According to the site, the Baggage Claim actress ended her marriage when she walked in on Thicke sleeping with a masseuse who they included in their circle and had been “carrying on a consensual three-way relationship with.”

Thicke and Patton were married for nine years, and released a statement revealing that they ended their relationship back in February 2014. The statement said, “We will always love each other and be best friends, however, we have mutually decided to separate at this time.”
