On a recent episode of VH1's hit reality series "Couples Therapy," former "Big Brother" bada$$ Evel Dick revealed a rather shocking and scary secret.
The 51-year-old LA bar manager is currently HIV positive.
And that's why he promptly left Season 13 of "Big Brother" after already winning the $500,000 grand prize in Season 8 (back in 2007).
Dick (real name, Donato) discussed the emotional truth with Dr. Jenn and finally opened-up about the diagnosis:

The infamous reality star is currently dating on-and-off again girlfriend Stephanie Fisher, and she remains fully supportive during this difficult time. She ultimately tested negative for HIV. The couple broke-up in 2013, but are hoping to work on their relationship during Season 5 of "Couples Therapy."
According to TMZ, Dick believes he contracted the virus after indulging in unprotected sex with a Las Vegas stripper several years ago. Still, he's not sure... (via People.com).
Dick explains, "When I woke up, she was gone and I looked like I had murdered someone." He believes the unidentified exotic dancer was on her period.
He was then diagnosed on "Big Brother" in 2011 and decided to leave the show, considering it the "hardest conversation I have ever had to have."
"Couples Therapy" airs on Wednesdays (9 pm EST).
