The Arma II mod-turned-standalone title DayZ is headed to PlayStation 4, but could it also see another console extension? In a recent interview with Eurogamer, the video game's creator, Dean Hall, hinted at a possible Xbox One release, but confirmed he aimed for more expansions for the game.
"DayZ is definitely going to be a multi-platform title," he said, according to IGN. "That's the firm vision from Bohemia's standpoint. But we'll announce what all the other platforms are as we get to that point."
Referring to other another PC game, Skyrim, and it's multi-platform release, Hall explained that he's making sure to take the right steps in order to be successful.
"The PC was the loser in that, because the UI had to be dumbed down. That's a good example of something we absolutely do not want to happen," he told Eurogamer. "But the aim will be to play on the strengths of those consoles."
