TVLine got the scoop on the trailer and exclusive poster. If you notice on the glossy poster, the tagline for this upcoming season is "Every Story Needs A Final Word." What will happen during these last six episodes that deserves such an ominous phrase?
This third season will focus on certain high profile events that took place in 2013. If you know your history, then you may remember the tragic 2013 Boston Marathon bombing. The News Night team will report on the manhunt for the bomber, who was finally caught "hiding in a boat, in someone's backyard."
Neal (Dev Patel) is also get screen time when his upcoming subplot. A Wikileaks-like controversy will take place as Neal receives classified government documents. With Neal suited up to go to court, McAvoy promises not let someone from his team go to jail.

As we mentioned here, the main focus of the series has always been Sorkin's writing. To tease the last episodes, a promo was released focusing on the scripts themselves. Important words, signaling an end, were highlighted in the video.
