The Cleveland Browns were tipped to make quick work of the Tennessee Titans, but it didn't quite go to plan. The Titans looked set for an easy week 5 in the NFL, as they stormed out to a 28-3 lead, but this was the calm before the storm. Brian Hoyer proved he was better than fellow QB Johnny Manziel, and better than opponents Jake Locker and Charlie Whitehurst, leading his side to a historic comeback 29-28 win, taking the Browns to 2-2 for the season.

Cleveland were woeful early on, but little by little they improved, and Locker's injury proved harmful to the Titans, as back-up Whitehurst was okay, but unable to make the same impact the starting QB had made. The Browns have shown much promise, and also severe weakness, and they could of easily won, or lost all four games this season, so perhaps their 2-2 record is fair after all.

Hoyer was one of the better NFL QB this weekend, and he proved that he deserves to keep his starting place over his rookie rival, Manziel. Not only that, he proved he was able to top both Locker and Whitehurst, and he added to an impressive start to his career in Cleveland. Although there's a long way to go, before long the Browns may have Josh Gordon back and at his best, meaning the playoffs aren't perhaps out of reach after all.

Can the Browns build on this, or will this season be back-and-forth each and every week?
