It looks like Teresa Giudice is extremely unhappy with the outcome of her sentencing, so much so that she is actually thinking of appealing the judges verdict. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star was sentenced to complete 15 months in prison after pleading guilty to fraud charges. It hasn't even been a week since the verdict was announced and the RHONJ star is already looking to overturn it.
"Teresa is telling people she wants to file an appeal," a source told RadarOnline.
Another source also spoke out to the celebrity news site, saying, "Teresa is absolutely delusional! Of course she would love to appeal the sentence, but she can't."
The reality star, who entered into a plea deal back in March, agreed as part of that deal that she would be unable to file for an appeal.
"Part of the plea deal was that she couldn't appeal or contest any of the terms," an insider explained. "She even had to sign documents that she was doing this on her own volition, and not being forced or promised anything in exchange. This is always done in these cases, so there can't be any appeals."
The star is schedule to turn herself in to the authorities on January 5 where she will complete her 15-month stint behind bars. However, the star seemed to be unhappy that she even took the deal in the first place.
The International Business Times is reporting that "She's not doing well."
"She is blaming everyone but herself for taking the plea deal," a source told the site. "She was stunned when the judge sentenced her to 15 months in prison, and Teresa would sell her soul to the devil if it could get her out of it."
