'X-Men' Live-Action TV Show In Development? Rumors Suggest Fox Working On New Comic Book Series

A few months back, in the spring of 2014, producer Simon Kinberg mentioned that a live-action X-Men TV series was not a bad idea at all. Fast-forward to this week and new rumors spread about Fox developing just that: a new series based around the films that have garnered wide blockbuster and financial success for quite some time. The question is, with so many other comic book TV shows out there already and in development, do we want X-Men, too?

The answer is: Yeah, probably!

We honestly can't get enough of these comic book adaptations, and X-Men is insanely popular. A Live-action version airing every week would be right up the world's alley! But what incarnation of the X-Men will we see?

With Marvel's Agents of SHIELD, we saw the inner workings of the organization behind the Avengers, but no real superheroes that we loved. Will we see the lesser X-Men in this new TV series?

Also, the most recent films in the X-Men universe involved time-travel and such, so when would this new show take place?
