John Witherspoon Dead Trends AGAIN, Witherspoon Sleeps Soundly

RIP John Witherspoon is trending again after the comedian thought the trend ended after 1 hour of hype before midnight August 9th.  He went to bed with a restful heart that people no longer think he's dead, but 3 hours later, his fake death is trending again.

The comedian made the situation light by joking along, however some people did not think it was so funny.

Russell Simmons immediately asked his followers to spread the word that Witherspoon's death is not true.

"John Witherspoon is NOT Dead... https://bit.ly/MEOabb PLEASE RETWEET," Simmons posted to his 1.8 million followers.
Many tweets are along the line of, "Why twitter trying to kill John Witherspoon?"

Royce Reed also tweeted, "John Witherspoon is NOT dead! Yall better stop puttin ppl in the grave!!! Smh"

Witherspoon's son also confirmed on his twitter account that his father is alive and well.  He is sleeping soundly in bed now.
