Andy Cohen Explains Porsha Williams Demotion From 'RHOA'...Producer Claims His Decision Has Nothing To Do With Reunion Brawl

Andy Cohen caught himself in a crossfire while talking to Bravo fans, as he addressed the Real Housewives of Atlanta star, Porsha Williams' demotion in the upcoming season.

While some viewers think that Porsha's demotion came from her brawl with fellow cast mate, Kenya Moore during the reunion show last season, Cohen explained it was due for a different reason.

Cohen said it “had nothing to do with reunion,” he revealed to his Twitter followers. “Was based on this season," he explained.

He also made it clear that Porsha wasn't fired. Many fans of the hit show have threatened to not watch the new season after Porsha was demoted, but Andy makes it clear that Porsha will be one to watch on season 7.

“[T]hey both appear on the show and get paid for their time,” Andy wrote. “There is no disrespect. Everyone has a role.”
