Paula Patton Finally Files For Divorce From 'Blurred Lines' Singer, Robin Thicke [SEE DIVORCE PAPERS]

Looks like the love has run dry for this celebrity couple. Robin Thicke's words, "go get her back" didn't mean a thing to his wife, and the mother of his son, because MStars News has now learned that Paula Patton is filing for divorce.

We have kept the fans of these former high school sweethearts updated has rumors began to fly that Thicke cheated on his wife, sending their marriage into shambles.

According to TMZ, Paula claims that their official date of separation was February 21 after appearing at the Grammys together.

In the divorce that most people saw coming, Paula has one very important asset from her marriage, she is requesting that the judge gives her joint custody of her and Thicke's child. 

Patton and Thicke have one son together, Julian Fuego Thicke born April 2010. In the divorce documents Patton has cited irreconcilable differences for the reason of her filing.

The Baggage Claim actress wants joint legal and physical custody of their 4-year-old son. The divorce procedure was filed in L.A.; no word on Thicke's response just yet.
