'RHOC' Tamra Barney Judge Kids Being Taken Away: Divorce Papers Shocker Says Bravo Reality Star Is An Unfit Mother!

Real Housewives of Orange County star Tamra Barney Judge is going through a tense real-life drama with her ex-husband that includes shocking allegations regarding their children.

In divorce papers filed by Tamra's ex-husband Simon Barney, the reality star's former husband alleges she is not a good mother who has only seen her daughter four times in a year. He wants full custody of their three kids.

According to Radar Online, their daughter Sidney, who is 15, has been living with Simon since October 2013. "Sidney made the decision to leave her mother's home to stay with me because she felt extreme anxiety at her mother's home and the relationship between Sidney and her mother suffered because of Respondent's inappropriate behavior toward Sidney," the court papers say.

The papers go on to say Sydney feels stomach cramps and pains from anxiety because of her Mom. She also gets bullied at school for the way Tamra is portrayed on RHOC.

"Since Sidney has lived with me full-time, she has been much happier, she has had less anxiety, and she seems to be adapting positively to the change," he asserts in the papers. "Sidney has shown great progress in school both socially and academically. She is much happier, and I have noticed a significant difference in Sidney's growth and mood."

Simon also wants to see his other kids Sophia and Spencer full time because of Tamra's parenting.

"In the past few months I have noticed a series of questionable decisions/actions from [Tamra] relating to our children," he said. "[She] has acted negligently during her custodial time ... both Spencer and Sophia have had their health compromised, their hygiene compromised, and ultimately their general livelihood compromised."

The RHOC star's ex also thinks he will have more time to devote to the kids than Tamra because she has the Bravo show and her gym CUT Fitness to run.

"The children have been late to school, have been left with others to care for them, and have been neglected," according to the documents Radar Online obtained. "On the contrary, I have changed jobs so that I travel less and have the ability to be more flexible with my schedule. I changed my position primarily so that our children where my top priority."
