'Sons Of Anarchy' Season 7 Casting: Charisma Carpenter Joins Charlie Hunnam In Final Episodes!

As the final season 7 of Sons of Anarchy continues on FX, the death count  just topped itself once again with the recent episode, 'Some Strange Eruption.' Now actress Charisma Carpenter will be joining along Charlie Humman's Jax Teller on the motorcycel/crime drama. 

In our recent recap, the tension between Jax (Hunnam) and mob boss Henry Lin (Kenneth Choi) reached an all-time high. The two ended up in a all-out boxing match in the middle of the streets. Even though Jax can handle himself in a fight, Henry really got a few good punches on his opponent. For a second there, it certainly looked like Henry might actually win before the round was over. 

According to Entertainment Weekly, the former Angel star will play Carol, a conservative administrative director at a medical facility. Further details on her upcoming role are being kept under wraps. Though information is being kept tight-lipped, we can safely assume her episode will air sometime later this season. 

The former Buffy The Vampire Slayer alumni also made the announcement on her official Twitter account. 

Carpenter tweets, "A role on my favorite show? Yes, please! TY" and links to an article in Variety. 

Showrunner/creator Kurt Stutter also mentioned the announcement on his Twitter feed, teasing, "We all need a little charisma..."

As audience members, we are anxious to find out if this new cast addition will be friend or foe to Jax teller, who seems to be running low on allies.
