One Direction released their first single "What Makes Your Beautiful" just one year ago, and already they've made big history as international teen sensation from the U.K. Twitter fans are celebrating by trending "Happy Birthday WMYB" worldwide.
The music video has already surpassed 200 million views, and the band received numerous awards. Their Twitter account boasts over 8.6 millions fans.
Fans took to their twitter to thank One Direction.
@1DPOUTINE tweeted, "Happy birthday WMYB . Thank you for making us feel beautiful for 3:27 seconds"
Some may complain that the song is overplayed on radio, but true Directioners can't ask for more.
@Bieberology101 wrote, "Happy Birthday WMYB :) I have listened to you over 100000000+ times, but you're something I'll never get tired of."
Someone also didn't quite understand why a song deserves a birthday and tweeted, "Happy birthday WMYB you can't give birth to a song dumba*s."
