Jon Gosselin Kicked Out Of House- Kate Gosselin's Former Husband Now Homeless: Where Will The 'Jon & Kate Plus 8' Star Go?

Jon Gosselin from Jon & Kate Plus 8 has fallen on some hard times. The former husband of Kate Gosselin and reality star was just evicted from his house after he failed to pay rent on the property.

The sad news was just confirmed by E! New earlier today.

"It's true. The eviction happened last week," an insider told the news site. "He could no longer afford the rent. He has moved out and is already in a new place in the same neighborhood."

However, it doesn't look like the new place is as great as Gosselin was hoping it would be, as the source says that it is too small to fit all eight of his children when they do come to visit.

"The saddest part of it is he now has nowhere to take the kids," the insider revealed. "He's not allowed at the house, so he was taking them to his old apartment, but the new one is too small for eight children. It's heartbreaking."

What is even more heartbreaking is that Jon no longer has his job he secured working for a credit card company.

"The job at the credit card company he was working for didn't pan out," the source explained. "The anticipated income wasn't there and the situation deteriorated."

Star magazine is also confirming the eviction news, saying that Jon didn't understand the rent-to-own contract on the property and therefore, unintentionally broke the terms of agreement.

"Jon didn't understand the terms of the contract and broke the lease, thinking he could just rent the property after agreeing to the rent to own contractual agreement," the insider explains to Star. "Evidently, he didn't understand the terms of the contract."
