We all know teen sensation and megastar Selena Gomez has the money to spend on whatever house her heart desires. Mstars has the details of the Shake It Up star's $3 million, 7,200-square-foot Calabasas mansion and how she is loving the new lifestyle, including a mini fridge in her bedroom and how the house is a combination of Morocco and Chuck E. Cheese.
According to TMZ, Gomez's new bachelorette pad is a few short miles from the Kardashian homes in Hidden Hills.
Recently, the star told Ellen DeGeneres that the perks of owning her own house now is that she can walk around naked.
"I can walk around naked now and stuff," Selena told Degeneres on the Monday, Oct. 13, episode of the talk show. "Honestly, I enjoy not being able to check-in all the time because my mom is the sweetest ever, so even now she checks in on me because she's like, 'I see online, you are here. Are you OK?' 'I'm fine mom, I promise.' I think that's the best thing to just go into my own space and it just be mine."
On a Wednesday, Oct. 16, appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live Gomez chatted about her new parent-free house and how it can sometimes resemble a Chuck E. Cheese's.
"It's like my little Moroccan cave," she told Kimmel. "It feels like really cozy and I can do whatever I want, it's nice."
She goes on to explain, "It looks a little bit chaotic so it's kind of, is a breed between a Moroccan theme to like a kid playing in the dining room."
Kimmel responded by stating, "It's like Morocco meets Chuck E. Cheese?"
"Basically, that is exactly what I'm going to tell people my house is now," jokes Gomez.
The Wizards of Waverly Place actress reveals that she barley takes care of the house on her own, although she does enjoy cooking with her roommate, an exceptional cook.
"I have a mini fridge in my bedroom that I'm prod of. I've got my little ginger shots, I've got water, you can throw in some Kit Kats you never have to leave your room."
