George Clooney and wife Amal Alamuddin had the wedding of the century in Italy, but it was her Oscar de la Renta dress that had everyone talking. It's now on sale, so you can buy it.
The new Mrs. Clooney's dress was custom made by the world renowned designer, included a Chantilly lace overlay, ivory tulle and a hand-embroidered bodice with beading and crystals. It was the perfect dress for the perfect occasion.
"It's the most important dress in the life of a woman," de la Renta told Vogue. "Any girl from any walk of life dreams of that special dress, and I try to make that dream a reality for her."
Well, now de la Renta has made Amal's dress available for anyone to buy — well almost the same dress.
In the designer's bridal line for fall 2015, there's a similar gown that also has a lace overlay and bodice with an off-the-shoulder style. The only aspect missing is the cathedral veil. Other noticeable differences between the gowns are the length of the train and the work on the hand-beaded bodice.
Oscar impressed the human rights lawyer and even attended every fitting, but was absent from the wedding due to a cold.
"[Oscar] is such an elegant designer and such an elegant man," she told HELLO!.
Amal also talked to Vogue about why she chose Oscar to design the dress that would be seen by millions around the world.
"George and I wanted a wedding that was romantic and elegant, and I can't imagine anyone more able than Oscar to capture this mood in a dress," she said.
If you're dying for a replica of Amal's dress, you can buy it for $24,990 at Bergdorf Goodman.
