Charice Pempengco is the latest star to be featured on Oprah's documentary series, Where Are They Now?, and the starlet is opening up about a big revelation that she made. The star made the decision to come out as a lesbian last year, but could there be something else that she is looking to tell Oprah on the new special?
In a teaser trailer that was released yesterday, Oprah had questioned the Filipina singer on whether or not she ever thought about transition to become a man.
"So you struggled with transgender, did you?" the host asked. "Were you thinking about transitioning to become a male?"
"Not exactly transitioning to a male, but basically my soul is like male," the former Glee star explained in the clip from Sunday's all-new episode. "I'm not going to go through that stage where I'm going to change everything- not change my body. I would change, like this look: Cut my hair and wear boy clothes and everything, but that's all."
In the clip, which posted E! News, the star also open up to how she realized that she was gay.
"I knew when I was five," the singer reveals. "I was in grade school and I saw this girl and I felt different. I didn't know what it was but I just knew that time, like it felt special. And when I was 10 I was like, 'Oh, that's it. I'm gay.' I found the word."
Watch the clip at E! and catch Charice on Where Are They Now? when it airs on Sunday on OWN.
