Smith makes sure she does something physical every day. Her and her famous family are pretty active doing paddle boarding and surfing.

Smith also credits her body to yoga and the sled machine, "track runners used for training — you put a harness on and pull things," she revealed to Health.
When it comes to her upper body, the star likes to keep them toned down with a softer approach: "I do push-ups and some light weights."
When it comes to eating, Smith does not stray far from carbs. She learned from hubby Will Smith's trainer that some people need more of a high-carb diet in order to facilitate the amount of calories you burn.
