The royals are expecting a springtime baby. Prince William and Princess Kate Middleton just revealed to the world when their second bundle of joy will be making his or her debut to the world. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge released a statement earlier today saying that baby No. 2 will be here in April. Also, her morning sickness is subsiding.
The palace released a statement regarding the royal couple, saying they "are delighted to confirm they are expecting a baby in April 2015."
This must be good news for Kate, as she has once again been experiencing a difficult pregnancy due to Hyperemisis Gravidarum, the scientific name for acute morning sickness. The condition has forced the 32-year-old to cancel some appearances and events within the last couple weeks.
According to E! News, the palace also addressed her condition in the the statement, saying that while Kate "continues to be affected by Hyperemisis Gravidarum ... her condition is steadily improving."
It has also been announced that Kate will be making a public appearance tomorrow, her first in a while, as she plans to greet the president of Singapore, Tony Tam Keny Yam. William and Kate will meet the president and Mrs. Tan at the Garden Hotel and escort them to the Horse Guards Palace.
The Natural Museum of History is also planning an event Tuesday, Oct. 21, which Kate plans to attend, to honor the Wildlife Photographer of the Year at an awards ceremony.
We're glad Kate's condition is improving and we can't wait to see the baby when he or she arrives in six months.
