Have you seen those two-line scary stories making their ways around the Internet lately? Surely we're in the Halloween spirit, so you should at least search them out (or click HERE to check out a bunch of them). If reading these stories wasn't scary enough, filmmaker Ignacio F. Rodó decided to adapt one of the scariest ones into a short horror film entitled "Tuck Me In." Watch it here!
The idea of these two-line stories is that it doesn't take too much effort to really chill reader to the bone. With this short film, the same is accomplished in just under a minute of video! Hopefully more directors will take Rodó's lead and make more of these short stories into terrifying short films in time for Halloween 2014!
Check out this short film, "Tuck Me In," just in time for Halloween right here:
Now that you've seen the short film based on the very short story, you should read the source material right here:
I begin tucking him into bed and he tells me, "Daddy check for monsters under my bed." I look underneath for his amusement and see him, another him, under the bed, staring back at me quivering and whispering, "Daddy there's somebody on my bed." -Juan J Ruiz
How do you think the short film compares to the two-line horror story? Does it do it any justice? Is it better? Let us know what you think of this spooky piece of work in the comments section below!
