Miss "Supa Dupa Fly's" looking amazing these days. MStars News has learned that rapper Missy Elliott has lost more weight. Elliott claims her success is a result of working out to fitness trainer Shaun T's T25. The hit-maker also says that changing eating habits and eating healthier has made her shed 30 pounds.
According to VIBE, Elliott previously lost 70 pounds and revealed her new slimmer figure over the weekend at Alexander Wang's launch party for H&M, wearing a cap that fits her success that reads, "YOU CAN'T WORKOUT WITH US."

MStars News has learned that Elliott was diagnosed with Graves disease in 2008. The disease is an autoimmune disorder that affects the thyroid glands, causing you to lose or gain weight and mess with your hormones.
Symptoms of the common disease include fatigue, weight loss, irregular periods, loss of muscle control, mood swings and hair loss.
Grave's disease is believed to be a combination of genes and environmental changes, and is mostly seen in women under 40.
Missy underwent radiation treatment and medication to help with her disease.
According to VIBE, Elliott's illness has been the cause to why she hasn't been producing anymore music in the past couple years.
