It's finally that time of year - hockey season!
The Buffalo Sabres battle it out on the ice against the Anaheim Ducks in Week 2 of the regular season on Wednesday, October 22nd at 10:30 p.m. EST at the Honda Center in California. Read on to see where fans can watch and listen to a live stream of the Wednesday evening hockey game online and catch up-to-date feeds and coverage on highlight plays and scores.
Following Opening Week of the 2014 regular season, the Sabres snag the meager No. 28 spot in Scott Burnside's official NHL power rankings for ESPN.com:
"The Sabres have just eight goals in six games, although they did manage to get their first win of the season courtesy of Carolina."
Meanwhile, the Ducks currently hold the highly-coveted No. 1 spot (out of 30 total teams):
"The Ducks continue to impress after opening-night jitters in Pittsburgh, with five straight wins. Easy to remember now why Frederik Andersen was a member of the all-rookie team last season."
The Sabres currently hold a 1-5-0 record - as for the Ducks, 5-1-0.
The game will be broadcasted live on local channels MSG and PT25, but fans can also listen in on the radio at WGR 550, WCMF, WNIO, and KLAA.
