Buying a house seems like no big deal for Hunger Games actress Jennifer Lawrence, as E! News reports she dropped more than $7 million on a new Los Angeles, 5,500-square-foot bachelorette pad.
As the website reports, the house features a personal gym, amazing pool, gourmet kitchen and — get this — a koi pond!

The token Hamptons-inspired house is also equipped with five bedrooms, enough for her and new boyfriend Chris Martin to relax in.
The new purchase is well-deserved, as the Academy Award winner for Best Actress made her the second-youngest Best Actress winner in history for her role in Silver Linings Playbook with Bradley Cooper.
Lawrence also received her first Academy Award for Best Actress nomination for Winter's Bone (2010), which would make her again the second youngest person in that category.
Money well-earned!
With her success in both Academy wins and nominations, she is most famous for her role as Katniss Everdeen in the film The Hunger Games, which racked in $691.2 million at the box office.
The actress is reportedly worth $40 million. According to CelebrityNetWorth, Lawrence was only paid $500,000 for her first Hunger Games role. After the initial success of the movie, though, her salary was greatly increased for the other installments, although officials have yet to confirm by how much.
Lawrence's beau and ex-husband of Gwyneth Paltrow recently made headlines as he purchased a Brentwood, California, home across the street form his estranged wife. It's reported the purchase was $6.75 million and boasts just as many bedrooms as his new love.
