Rosario Dawson Talks New Movie 'Top 5,' Clothing Line And Personal Life

New York native and actress Rosario Dawson is starring in the new Jay Z and Kanye West produced comedy Top 5. In an interview with Hot 97, she spoke about the movie, her newest fashion endeavor and her personal life.

Dawson recently partnered with one of her childhood friends, Abrima Erwiah, on a clothing line called, Studio One Eighty Nine. She brought Abrima to the interview with her to speak about their collaboration.

"Studio One Eighty Nine is a great project between Rosario and I. It's based between Ghana, New York and Los Angeles. We basically create fashion items to preserve local cultures, crafts and artisanship. We create jobs for women and we support education, training skill sets. We just got back from presenting our collection in Milan with Vogue, and it's been very exciting and it's growing very quickly."

Dawson then spoke about filming Top 5.

"Top 5 is about to come out in December and is ridiculously funny and amazing. I could not be more proud of Chris Rock, he wrote and directed and starred in it. It's very funny, it's very poignant, it's really powerful, it's a really special film."

Ebro then asked Dawson about her personal life. "You keep your private life very private," he said. "We don't really hear much about your personal life at all."

"I try. I very much try to keep it that way. Every once in a while I'll talk about someone I've dated, but I think I'm over that. I'm 35. It's done. No mas."

"Any marriage, any children?" asked Ebro.

"Excuse me? What?" Dawson replied.

"Are you single?" Laura Stylez asked.

 "I don't know what you're talking about," Dawson joked.

It's clear Dawson plans to keep her private life private. But if she decides to have a baby one day, that's news she won't be able to hide for too long!
