Toya Wright Hints New Book, Lil Wayne's Ex-Wife Says, "I Don’t Want To Be Labeled As A 'Baby Mama'"

Toya Wright is gearing up for a new book for her fans after the release of her first bestseller Priceless Inspirations. She also said she doesn't want to be labeled as a "baby mama."

“This time I’m taking it in a different direction. It’s catering to a different audience this time. Priceless Inspirations was aimed toward the youth. This one is a little more grown ... I get a little deep,” Toya said in a new interview with VLAD TV.

Lil Wayne's ex claims the new book should be released sometime in 2015.

“When my first book came out, they kinda wanted me to go in this direction, but I wasn’t quite ready to do that,” Toya explained. As publishers, and fans can expect more insight on her relationship with her ex-husband, Lil Wayne.

Wright is Wayne's first "baby mama" but does not like the term. She said she wants to be called by her name.

“I don’t want to be labeled as a ‘baby mama.’ I want to be labeled as 'Toya Wright,'” she declared.

“I feel her on people labeling you as something,” Toya continued, “Yes, it does bother me. I wasn’t just a baby mama. I married this guy ... someone I been with as a little girl.”

Wright having Wayne's first child and marrying him and divorcing him after only two years of marriage may have a lot to do with where she is today, but Toya claims she has her own thing going.

“I was trying to do my own thing and I did. I’m doing my own thing,” Toya shares.
