The popular Hollywood couple just celebrated their second wedding anniversary - so maybe now's the perfect time to start a family!

As MstarsNews previously reported, rumors suggest that the "7th Heaven" beauty is ready to have a baby - the 32-year-old actress isn't getting any younger!

"Before they wed they vowed to have two years together to settle into marriage and let their career paths play out... Justin did another album, got a huge tour out of his system and is back making movies. Now Jessica wants him to work on another project - making babies... [But now] it's on! Earlier this week, the "New Year's Eve" beauty was spotted shopping in LA. The infamous gossip webloid PopSugar reports that it was a rather "warm" day, but Biel was still layered-up. Perhaps she's trying to hide a growing tummy? At one point she flaunted her midriff, prompting even more baby bump rumors...

Just last month, Biel sported a sexy black bikini during a Maui vaca, and her midsection was supposedly starting to "pop-out" even at that point...
