Tori Spelling Posts Sad Instagram Message From Hospital: "1 Person Will Never Be There 4 Me"

Tori Spelling has been hospitalized since Saturday (Oct. 18) for severe bronchitis, sinusitis and pneumonia. During her stay she recently posted a photo of herself in a hospital bed with a very sad and cryptic message:

"This sick in hospital I finally see how quickly life can take it all away frm you. We all need 2 step up frm inside & go 4 it! W/our friends by our side. Sadly I've finally faced truth that 1 person will never be there 4 me #TrueTori."

Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott have been on a rocky road due to his cheating scandal and their marriage struggles. The couple's reality show True Tori aired this week and documents the hardships the couple is enduring. Who the person that will never be there for her is has been speculated in the media to be McDermott due to their unstable relationship.

Spelling has been hospitalized and dealt with numerous health scares over the years, including a hospitalization for a severe migraine, which was filmed in the first season of True Tori.

During this hospital stay, an insider tells E! News that the star was having trouble breathing, a fever, as well as an uncontrollable cough.

The reality star has been hospitalized at LA's Cedars Sinai hospital and as MStarsNews previously reported, the star feared that she had Ebola and was even quarantined for a specific amount of time over the weekend.

While many speculate the "1 person" to be McDermott, others have speculated that her mother Candy Spelling could be that person. However, Candy wrote a Facebook post stating, "It's incredibly brave to share your life with the public, especially during hard times. My daughter has shown real strength and complete devotion to her beautiful family in the Lifetime Television docu-series True Tori."
