Ever wanted to look like the Duchess of Cambridge's sister Pippa Middleton? Well, now's your chance. The U.K. native, who the whole world became obsessed with after her sister Kate Middleton's wedding to Prince William, is opening up about her fitness and health routine in a new article. According to E! News, the 31-year-old Brit talked about her exercise habits and her diet secrets in a new column she wrote for the British magazine Waitrose Weekend.
"I grew up with the belief that good health is about moderation in all things," Pippa explained in the column. "So I'll be celebrating healthy living through exercise, a balanced diet and a little of the naughty stuff sprinkled in — I'm talking chocolate, crisps and the occasional glass of wine."
While Pippa knows the key to any successful fitness routine is having your cheat moments, she says that when it comes to working out she tries her best to fit as many sessions in a week as she can.
"I know that if I fit in at least three, ideally five, sessions of exercise a week, be it a 30-minute run, an hour's walk or a good game of tennis, it boosts my mood and energy and helps me sleep and digest better," Prince William's sister-in-law explained. "So I make it a priority, whatever the weather or my work schedule."
In the article, Middelton also described some of her favorite workouts for keeping her body in tip-top shape, including planks, ladders and squats:
"I've chosen some of my favorite exercises for toning the whole body, all of which can be done at home. Do the routine three times a week and you'll really notice a difference."
