According to E! News, Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Martin's romance has come to an end.

The relationship, which began in June of this year, began after the two were on the rebound from very public breakups. The Coldplay singer separated from his wife Gwyneth Paltrow and the Oscar winner broke up with her actor boyfriend Nicholas Hoult.

"Jen is the one who broke it off with Chris," a source told People.

Chris was seen just recently out for dinner with ex-wife Gwyneth Paltrow on October 21, but it seems that wasn't a factor in the breakup.

The celeb power couple was actually seen in quite a few places together during their short-lived relationship.

The Hunger Games actress was spotted backstage at a Kings of Leon concert at the Hollywood Bowl on October 5, where her then-boyfriend performed as a surprise guest, reported Just Jared.

The couple had even been very lovey-dovey in rehearsals that day.

"Jen was taking photos and videos of Chris during rehearsals on her phone," a source told Just Jared at the time. "They engaged playfully with each other, appearing like a couple in love. She kissed him on the lips several times."

They were also seen in September at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas, where Coldplay was performing, as well as at the Ace Hotel Theatre in Los Angeles.

"She danced the entire time," a source told E! of the Ace Hotel performance. "She knew every word to every song and there was a glisten in her eye as she watched Chris perform. She couldn't take her eyes off him."

The Silver Linings Playbook star even dished to Vanity Fair about what kind of guy she's looking for.

"[I want someone who] isn't afraid to fart in front of me [rather] than to have big, passionate love," she told the mag's November issue. "I'd rather have just a peaceful time. [Those relationships] are deeper because you can be your true self with somebody, and somebody can be their true self with you."
