The Daily Show with Jon Stewart has gone on the road for the week, stopping over in Austin, Texas. To kick off last night's episode, Stewart and his team began with an in-depth, and hilarious, report on the spread of Ebola –– which has now made its way to New York City. And while the story initiated with some humorous angles on those with Ebola, the next tackled the politicians involved... including New Jersey Governor Chris Christie.

Coming out to the Texas crowd in a Hazmat suit, Stewart quickly went into the Ebola report... calling on the likes of Aasif Mandvi, Samantha Bee, Jordan Klepper and Jessica Williams to help him out.

With Bee stationed in Dallas, Williams and Klepper in Austin and Mandvi safely in New York – at least, before the Ebola outbreak spread to NYC – the Daily Show team succeeded in bringing some funny to the current scare running across the nation.

"Dallas officials tried every Texas solution they could think of," claimed Bee, speaking of the outbreak. "They shot at Ebola, they gave it the death penalty, they prayed for the virus... in a way that the virus found patronizing and made it feel bad about itself."

So, how did Texas begin to control the Ebola scare? "Turns out all they really needed to do was just get their sh*t together."

Check out the full segment below:

Stewart then switched to how the east coast is handling the recent Ebola scare –– turns out NYC isn't handling that "African poop virus" too well. Then, after a couple of comments from NJ Governor Chris Christie about the mandatory 21-day quarantine, Stewart seemed to have enough, asking, "Why does Christie have to be such a d*ck about everything?"
