It's finally that time of year - hockey season!
The Los Angeles Kings battle it out on the ice against the Philadelphia Flyers in Week 3 of the regular NHL season on Tuesday, October 28th at 7:00 p.m. EST at the Wells Fargo Center in Pennsylvania. Read on to see where fans can watch and listen to a live stream of the Tuesday evening hockey game online and catch up-to-date feeds and coverage on highlight plays and scores.
Following the first few opening weeks of the 2014 regular season, the Kings snag the highly-coveted No. 1 spot in Scott Burnside's official NHL power rankings for ESPN.com: with an impressive 6-1-1 winning record:
"Despite Slava Voynov's legal problems, the Kings stuck to business on the ice and have won six in a row. Jonathan Quick is off to a Vezina winner-like start and Tanner Pearson, with seven goals, is looking good as an early rookie-of-the-year candidate. The loss of top center Anze Kopitar on Sunday is worrisome, though."
Meanwhile, the Flyers currently hold the No. 19 spot (out of 30 total teams) with a 3-3-2 record. According to Burnside:
"The Flyers, winners of two straight, are slowly making up for a horrible start."
The game will be broadcasted live on local channels CSNP, FSW and TVA, but fans can also listen in on the radio at AM570, KEIB, 97.5 The Fanatic, 94 WIP,
