Gamers have had trouble getting online to play Driveclub since its release date earlier this year, with a number of updates taking place to fix these bugs. In a new statement from the game's developers over at Evolution Games, we're treated to an official announcement of the problems and a promise to make sure that all bugs are managed as time goes on so that you can get online and race like you want to!
"We know we have been quiet over the last few days which was because we wanted to offer you news when it has a meaningful impact on your experience of Driveclub," Evolution Games said this week in an official Facebook post. "The feedback you offered has been invaluable to the team because it's informed our updates to iron out the major issues affecting you as quickly as possible."
So the developers have been listening and want to fix these problems. Sounds good to us!
"Our diagnostics show the majority of you are now able to get online and racing," the post continued. "This increased stability has meant that statistics and accolades are updating efficiently now, so hopefully you have been having fun boosting your fame and watching how you compare to your friends and other racers around the world."
As the statement goes on, the studio announced a new server update "to optimize multiplayer matchmaking" and to ensure better gameplay.
