Chris Rock is finally heading back to Saturday Night Live! Joining him is the ever-so interesting Prince, who will act as the show's musical guest. The comedian's hosting gig comes in order to promote his newest film Top Five, which is set to be released this coming Dec. 5. Alongside Prince, it seems pretty safe to say that the former SNL player will deliver a funny-filled show. To prove that, Rock participated in some great promos with SNL's Bobby Moynihan... sans Prince, which isn't totally surprising.
The below promos shed the usual in-studio appearance and take the duo outside of the famed Studio 8H, the home of Saturday Night Live.
In the video, Rock can be seen talking up the forthcoming episode and playing off the fact that Prince wasn't present during the time of their shooting.
"That's right! Prince! He's nearby. Can you find him?" the comic says as the camera pans over to Moynihan looking (not at all) like Prince.
Following that, the two walk through a crowded New York City street with fans around them snapping pictures. And while people were thrilled to see the pair on the street, apparently the very name Prince warrants something a little more –– a scream!

In case you haven't yet seen the trailer for Top Five, watch that here:
While he was busy prepping for the show, Rock took some time to post a photo of he and the staff during the pitch meeting at the NBC offices.
Tune into Saturday Night Live this coming Saturday, Nov 1, at 11:30 p.m. HOPEFULLY Prince will be there for that. If not, could be awkward...
