Everyone's favorite tell-it-like-it-is cheerleading coach has officially finalized her divorce. Glee actress Jane Lynch, who portrays Sue Sylvester on the hit Fox musical comedy, has officially called it quits from former wife Lara Embry, as the pair have finalized their divorce proceedings. According to E! News, the couple has finally come to terms in their divorce, a settlement that has Lynch paying her ex $1.2 million over the next two years. Embry is also set to receive some of the residuals the actress has earned during her time on TV shows including Glee, Two and a Half Men and Jimmy Kimmel Live!
The Los Angeles Superior Court document, obtained by the news site, also reported that the couple will split all of their joint accounts totaling more than $847,000.
Jane and Lara announced their split in June 2013 after three years of marriage, and Embry filed for divorce a month later, with irreconcilable differences cited as the main cause. Lynch revealed in a statement that it was a "difficult decision for us [to end the marriage], as we care very deeply about one another."
While Jane will get to keep the house and the couple's two cars, a 2008 Ford Escape Hybrid and a 2013 Audi, Lara will get to keep the Los Angeles Yacht Club membership as well as the couple's dog, Francis.
But it didn't seem that the money aspect of the divorce mattered much to The Hollywood Game Night host, as back in August 2013 she talked to Access Hollywood, saying, "It's just money."
