Time to finally get into the "meat" of the 2014 World Series!
The 2014 MLB regular season is officially over. Now only two teams are left - the Kansas City Royals and San Francisco Giants. Game 7 of the championship series takes place at the Ewing M. Kauffman Stadium in Missouri on Wednesday, October 29th at 8:07 p.m. EST. After a close NLCS, the Giants ultimately defeated the St. Louis Cardinals. As for the ALDS, Kansas City swept the series over the Baltimore Orioles.
The Giants had a major victory in Game One with a score of 7-1. But Kansas City had a comeback in Game 2 with a win of 7-2. On Friday the Royals pulled a 3-2 win, but on Saturday San Fran officially tied-up the series with a mega 11-4 win. Then on Sunday, the Giants took the lead with a 5-0 sweep victory. Finally in Game 6, the Royals tied things up once again with a crazy score of 10-0.
Now it's down to the grind - whichever team wins tonight will be deemed World Series champs!
