Miley Cyrus New Haircut 2012: Liam Hemsworth is a Fan, Loves It

Although pop star Miley Cyrus has been getting a lot of negative feedback in regards to her new outrageous hairstyle, the one person whose opinion truly counts thinks the new look is fantastic - and that's Cyrus' hubby and fiancé Liam Hemsworth.

The "Hunger Games" heartthrob appeared on Good Morning America on Thursday, and when asked about his girlfriend's fresh platinum blonde, spikey do' he said, "Her hair looks great. It's a big change, but it looks really fantastic."

Cyrus has been hitting up Twitter in defense of her decision to transform her long brunette locks into a short, mega-light pixie cut. The "Can't Be Tamed" singer tweeted on Monday:

@MileyCyrus: "my dad @billyraycyrus used to tell me "opinions are are like ass holes every body has one" LOVE my hair ❤ feel so happy, pretty, and free."

Looks like Cyrus has gotten the big thumbs up from beau Hemsworth, and his opinion probably holds more power over any of the other cyberspace haters out there.
