"Real Housewives of Atlanta" reality star, Peter Thomas went on his Instagram to deny rumors of his arrest in connection with Apollo Nida's fraud case.
Thursday, Cynthia Bailey's husband uploaded an Instagram video writing, "I was told that HipHopHollywood said I was arrested today some shit to do with Apollo. HipHopHollywood, I hope you didn't pay for that source. F**k you! Get your sh*t right. Ok, I'm having fun in Charlotte."
Thomas continued his rant in his caption writing, "These MOTHERF**KER at HIP HOP HOLLYWOOD IS BUGGING, get your shit right, I hope you didn't pay your source, you got beat, LOL @baroneatl @sportsoneclt #bravotv."
In July, Apollo was found guilty for identity theft after the Secret Service's Counterfeit and U.S. Treasury Check Squad alleged that the former convict created mock-up companies to obtain people's personal information for fraudulent reasons.
The reality star then opened fake bank accounts and stole U.S. Treasury checks, stolen retirement checks from Delta Airline employees and unclaimed tax money.
Eventually, the former reality star reported to prison in September to serve his 8-years stint.
What's up with all these reality stars going to jail?
