An exclusive Real Housewives of Beverly Hills first look has surfaced and the footage is as juicy as ever! Lisa Vanderpump gets slapped and Brandi Glanville calls newbie Eileen Davidson a homewrecker!

The seasoned cast members will welcome newcomers Lisa Rinna and Davidson to the mix of already drama-ridden reality stars Glanville, Vancerpump, Yolanda Foster and sisters Kim and Kyle Richards.

The dramatic trailer shows an emotional scene between Yolanda Foster and her record producer, songwriter husband David Foster, hinting toward something tragic that has happened between the couple. Newbie Rinna is heard saying, "Everyone is enabling an addict," which indicates and hints against a possible slip for Kim Richards and her past and present addiction struggles.

"She sleeps around and tries to steel men," Glanville is heard saying in a confessional about Davidson.

"Don't f--king calling me a homewrecker," Davidson responds.

In recent months, the ladies have been hinting to the media that this season was the "most intense" ever.

And as MStars News has previously reported, the ladies have recently returned from filming in Amsterdam where videos were released of the cast walking the streets of the former home of Foster apparently well-behaved!

The trailer seems to tell a different story of what to expect from this season. Despite past cast members Joyce Giraud and Carlton Gebbia only lasting one season, Season 5 seems to hold no room for positivity or drama-free dinners and vacations.

It's apparent that Glanville — ex-wife of Eddie Cibrian — is not too fond of Emmy-winning Days of Our Lives actress Davidson. Although her jabs toward the new RHOBH member were vicious in their own right, it's not the only thing that stands out in the Season 5 trailer.

Rinna's seen throwing a wine glass at one of the housewives, and the star of Vanderpump Rules gets slapped in the face!

The RHOBH Season 5 premiere is set for Tuesday, Nov. 18, at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
