Supernatural has had a solid start to Season 10, but the midseason finale will be here before we know it. Now, the official date of the start of the mini-hiatus has been revealed.
The episode will air on Tuesday, December 9 at 9 p.m. Eastern on the CW, immediately after the midseason finale of The Flash, according to TVLine.
In case you missed it, more information has come to light about the show's milestone 200th episode next week. All we had known is that the episode is "musical-ish," according to showrunner Jeremy Carver. But the "Spoiler Room" column at EW.com did some digging and got some information.
"Can you tell us ANYTHING about Supernatural's 200th episode, other than it being 'musical-ish'? - Danielle
As most of you know by now, the 200th is all about the fans, who will be putting on a show of the Carver Edlund books during the episode. 'Meta-fans are kind of saluting Sam and Dean, which allows them to kind of salute back,' Jared Padalecki explains. Adds Jensen Ackles: 'It's walking into a theater and seeing your life in pictures before you, but it's from the perspective of the fans of the series.' Perhaps the most intriguing tease is this Ackles claim: '[Jared] and I are the only men in the whole episode, save one person.' Please let it be Chuck. Please let it be Chuck."
