Despite Chelsea's great performance last time they played Maribor in the UEFA Champions League tournament last month, coach Jose Mourinho is hoping his squad isn't feeling too comfortable for today's game. "In London, Chelsea played superbly and were better in every department," Ante said. "I am sure that Chelsea will not hold off and I know José Mourinho wants all three points here in Maribor. Chelsea's injury situation is not so important. For me, all that matters is that we are competitive, that we make the most of our chances and take as many points as possible."
We can surely expect a lot from the Premier League leaders today, so it's no wonder their coach is expecting the most from them as well!
"I know Maribor are a very good team," Mourinho said. "I watched their matches against Sporting and Schalke and also some in the Slovenian league. They play offensively and are especially dangerous at home. I have to convince my players that in the first match everything went our way."
