It's finally that time of year - hockey season!
The Minnesota Wild battle it out on the ice against the Ottawa Senators in Week 4 of the regular NHL season on Thursday, November 6 at 7:30 p.m. EST at the Canadian Tire Centre in Ontario. Read on to see where fans can watch and listen to a live stream of the Thursday evening hockey game online and catch up-to-date feeds and coverage on highlight plays and scores.
Following the first few opening weeks of the 2014 regular season, the Wild snag the impressive No. 3 spot in Pierre LeBrun's official NHL power rankings for ESPN.com with a 7-4-0 winning record:
"The Wild's three-game win streak includes decisions over Boston, San Jose and Dallas. Remember when this team couldn't score (24th last season, 22nd the season before that)? This season, the Wild are third at 3.40 goals per game (plus are first at 1.80 goals against per game). The Wild host the Penguins on Tuesday night in a nice, early test."
Meanwhile, the Senators currently hold the No. 18 spot (out of 30 total teams) with a 6-3-2 record. According to LeBrun:
"After opening the season 4-1-0, the Senators have dropped four of their last five games and have been outshot in four straight. A four-game homestand kicks off Tuesday with the Red Wings, followed by the Wild, Jets and Senators."
The game will be broadcasted live on local channels FSNO, TSN5, and RDS, but fans can also listen in on the radio at KWSN, 740 The Fan, TSN 1200, and Star 96.
