The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Vanderpump is preparing for a new season of the reality show, but it's the trailer for the upcoming season that has everyone talking.
In the trailer, the former Dancing With the Stars contestant is slapped by her co-star Brandi Glanville, the circumstances are still unclear.
"That was ... a bit of a sharp turn that I didn't expect and it did change a dynamic for me, that's for sure," she told E! News. "I would not put up with that. I have never been slapped before."
It was a tough season for her last year because she was put in various situations where she felt ganged up on, but this season, the dynamics have changed.
"I was very reticent to go back in the first place because the season previously was such a nightmare, but this season I think is fantastic," the Bravo star said. "I think it just has such great energy and there are two new girls [Eileen Davidson and Lisa Rinna] who really are wonderful."
"It does get a little bumpy ... maybe even bumpier than any of the other seasons previously, but I really felt there were some heartfelt issues ... I just think it's going to be our best season yet," she continued.
Lisa has been very successful lately in her endeavors with her new restaurant Pump and her hit spinoff Vanderpump Rules, but she now wants to take it easy for the future.
"I've worked so hard, that's the problem," she told Us Weekly. "I would like to scale back a bit. It's been tough. The last few years with recessions in restaurants — and you know, restaurants around me closing down — it's tough to make it work. So I don't know what the future holds."
