Josh Hutcherson might play the charming Peeta in The Hunger Games series, but the Mockingjay star is opening up today and making a shocking confession regarding cannibalism. The 22-year-old star discussed during an interview something that could have saved him in the Hunger Games arena had he run out of food.

According to E! News, in a recent interview with British GQ the actor reveals that he is intrigued by cannibalism and that he is curious to see what humans taste like.

"I don't want somebody to die for me to eat them," the star explained. "However, if someone happened to die, from natural causes and it was not so taboo ... I'm curious. I want to know what it tastes like. Like you want to know what a pigeon tastes like, you know, except a human. They're all animals."

Has Josh been watching too many episodes of The Walking Dead, or is this new zombie interest something that came out of being in the arena?

He also mentions something else that he might have learned in the arena when it comes to his kill-or-be-killed attitude.

"If it's you or them, you're probably going to pick yourself," the star revealed to the magazine.

According to the (New York) Daily News, Hutcherson also talks about his relationship with co-star Jennifer Lawrence in the magazine, saying there's definitely not anything romantic going on between them.

"From the moment we met, we just hit it off. If we were at all sexually attracted to each other, it would be the most intense relationship in the world," the actor said. "But that's not the case, there has never been an ounce of that between us."

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 hits theaters later this month.
